Lauren Marra is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and healthcare systems builder who has spent more than two decades developing clinical programs that help individuals and families access the right supports more quickly and effectively.
Lauren founded and helped grow the organization Family of Kidz, building a multidisciplinary therapeutic and educational system that provides services across centers, homes, schools, and community settings. Through this work, she has helped support thousands of children and families throughout the New York region.
Throughout her career, Lauren has specialized in designing coordinated systems of care that bring together behavioral therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health services, and educational supports. Her work has focused on helping families navigate complex service systems and ensuring that clinical recommendations translate into meaningful support in everyday environments.
Through this experience, Lauren saw firsthand how difficult it can be for families to access an initial diagnostic evaluation. Long waitlists, fragmented systems, and unclear starting points often delay families from receiving answers and beginning the services they need.
Lauren created Entry Point Health Services to solve that problem. Entry Point is designed as a physician-led diagnostic pathway supported by structured behavioral data collection, allowing individuals and families to receive high-quality diagnostic clarity without the delays and complexity that often exist in traditional systems.
In addition to building clinical organizations, Lauren advises on behavioral health program development, care coordination models, and scalable service systems for organizations across the United States designed to improve access to care and create sustainable support structures for families and communities.
