Our service doesn't replace neurological care, medical evaluation, or ongoing physician management. Instead, it's a physician-led diagnostic pathway for families who need clear information about autism as part of their overall care.

Physician-Led Review With Structured Behavioral Input
Entry Point Health Services provides a comprehensive, physician-led autism evaluation that includes developmental history, structured behavioral assessment, physician review, diagnostic determination, and written recommendations. Families share developmental history, routines, current concerns, and behavioral information through a structured telehealth process.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst gathers developmental and behavioral information for the physician to review. Licensed physicians apply DSM-5 diagnostic standards, conduct live telehealth evaluations, review clinical information, consider other possible diagnoses, and issue signed diagnostic reports. The BCBA or LBA doesn't diagnose; the physician makes the final decision.

Documentation for Medical and Care Planning Conversations
After the evaluation, families get a report and recommendations they can bring to physicians, therapists, schools, early intervention programs, or other care teams. This documentation helps clarify the autism question and keeps existing medical and therapeutic relationships in place.
