A Physician-Led Telehealth Autism Evaluation
Entry Point Health Services uses telehealth to make autism evaluations easier to access for families in the states we serve. Our comprehensive physician-led evaluation includes developmental history, structured behavioral assessment, physician review, diagnostic determination, and written recommendations. The process starts with background information about your child's development, history, daily routines, and any concerns you have right now.
Young children often behave most naturally in familiar environments. Evaluating children in their own home can provide valuable observations of communication, play, routines, and interactions that may not be seen in an unfamiliar clinic.
Next, you'll meet with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst. They'll gather information about your child's behavior and development to support the physician's review. During the evaluation, the BCBA or LBA will learn about your child's communication, social interaction, play, sensory responses, behavior, and daily routines.
